The romantic French have almost reached the peak of perfection in dining culture. They even endow eating with philosophic meaning, holding that individual diet must be accordance with his/ her social identity. The French also regard eating at a same table as an enjoyable manner to establish and strengthen relationships. The elegance of French food can never failed to remind you the wonderful notes flowing from the fingers of Claderman
